This warranty protects homeowners against defect in workmanship. Defects include peeling, blistering, chipping and other defects directly related to human error in the painting application.

Masterpiece Painting Contractors adheres to and follow only the best painting practices and standards. Even though our professional painters take all the precautionary measures to make sure our work is not defective, sometimes defects in workmanship can happen. Such defects include peeling, blistering, and chipping that expose the substrate. To protect customers against such defects in workmanship, Masterpiece Painting Contractors warranties its interior painting work for two years. With this warranty, Masterpiece Painting Contractors will furnish the labor to correct the defective condition free of charge.
Interior and exterior painting warranty claim
To obtain service under Masterpiece Painting Contractors limited warranty, you, the homeowner, shall give us a written notice. In that written notice, you shall briefly describe the type of work performed, the date the work was performed and the nature of the defect. Click here to claim any warranty.
Interior and exterior painting warranty limitations
Masterpiece Painting Contractors limited warranty does not cover (1) peeling resulting from the breakdown of any underlying, older paint film, (2) peeling on any horizontal surfaces exposed to standing water, underneath water vapors or water penetration such as concrete floors and decks; (3) any structural cracking of the painted surfaces. (4) surface failure such as rotted wood, concrete delamination, and metal corrosion. Please note that Masterpiece Painting Contractors warranty covers workmanship (labor) only and excludes all materials used. Paint and other materials selected are not covered by this warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty statement for details about any warranties that may apply to the materials used on your interior or exterior painting project.

The work we have done on your home came with a warranty – two-year for interior painting and five-year for exterior painting. This warranty covers the labor cost to rectify the defective application.
