Below are the “general steps” we will take on your pressure cleaning project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.
Set-up
We’ll remove any furniture accessories and plant pots from pool decks, driveways and around the house to make sure that the chemicals and detergents that we use to clean your property don’t get into them and for the security of our technicians.
Preparation
Our pre-soak degreasing foaming, detergents and mildewcides will be applied to the surfaces to be pressure cleaned. This will cling and penetrate, loosening deep-down dirt and bringing grease to the surface, while also killing mold, mildew and algae.
Pressure Cleaning
Based on our ten year experience pressure cleaning properties like yours; Our technicians will pressure clean the surface of your property using the right pressure and the right tools to make sure that they remove the degreaser, chemicals, detergents, dirt mildew, mold and algae to get clean again.
Finish
Based on your pressure cleaning proposal we’ll apply special polymers to the cleaned areas to enhance and prolong the beauty of your roof tiles, pool decks, driveways and sidewalks. Our protective finishes fight weather damage by repelling the elements, including UV rays. They also seal pores to fight dirt buildup.
Clean
Furniture, accessories and plant pots are moved back to their desired locations. All of our materials are removed.
Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for our pressure cleaning job and the crew.
